  • APNRTS provides free ambulances from airports to home towns or villages for transportation of mortal remains of migrants and to migrants with health issues who are stretcher bound.
  • APNRTS receives the ambulance requests through its coordinators across countries along with supporting documents such as Hospital Discharge Summary, Indian Embassy Certificate, Death Certificate, Air Ticket, and Passport.
  • Ambulance requests can also be raised by an individual (family member of the deceased or patient) with all the necessary documents. It will be processed following the due procedures.

The Andhra Pradesh Non-Resident Telugu Society (APNRTS), established in 2016 under the chairmanship of the Hon’ble Chief Minister, works to promote Brand Andhra Pradesh among the global Telugu diaspora, address NRT issues, and attract investments. As the nodal agency for the AP Migrants’ Welfare and Development Policy, it ensures migrant safety, supports reintegration, and channels diaspora contributions for state development. Key initiatives include the Migrant Resource Center, a 24x7 helpline, and the ₹528 crore self-financed NRT ICON Tower project.
