1. For claim settlement, the policyholder/nominee must submit all required supporting documents as requested by The New India Assurance Company Limited, Vijayawada.
2. At the time of claim settlement, to prove your status as a Non-Resident Telugu (Pravasi), you must provide necessary documents such as Passport, Visa, Address Proof (both in India and abroad), and any other verification documents. By doing so, you will be eligible to receive all benefits under the Pravasandhra Bharosa Bima (PBB) insurance scheme.
3. APNRT Society 24/7 Helpline and Coordinators abroad and The New India Assurance Company Limited Insurance Call Centres will extend necessary support to policyholders/nominees. For complete details, please refer to the policy document.

Note: This scheme has been designed for the welfare of Non-Resident Telugus (Pravasandhras) as per the directions of the Hon’ble Chief Minister. Enrolment in this scheme will not affect your eligibility for any other government welfare schemes.
